The e-novation Centre is located on the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), an area considered to be the next wave Central Business District (CBD) for Gurugram, with skyrocketing commercial and residential development.

The planned construction of a clover leaf flyover at the junction with NH-8 will allow SPR to fuse into the Northern Peripheral Road (NPR) or the Dwarka Expressway and provide an alternate access to the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport, which is currently 28 kilometres away via NH-8.
